    What is Lipedema

Lipedema is an unexplained fat distribution condition that affects women globally, independent of body type or celebrity status.

The condition is often misdiagnosed and stigmatized, but it is much more common than people believe!

It can cause pain and make everyday tasks difficult. Lipedema does not react to diet and exercise like regular fat. Dieting and exercise can cause you to lose weight in your upper body while leaving the areas affected by lipedema in your lower body unchanged.

Although there is no cure for lipedema, certain treatments can help you feel better.
